About Mellisa

Mellisa’s focus has always been on building my business through relationships. Many years ago, this led her into the mortgage industry where her love of investment and analysis complemented her proven people skills. This experience, followed by over a year as the Executive Director of a Construction and Development company, have greatly shaped the skills and knowledge that she offers to her clients. As a result, she is fortunate to possess more than a “cursory” understanding of some of the counterparts to the real estate world, including mortgage financing, accounting, and construction.

Moving to Portland and beginning her real estate career in 2006, Mellisa is known for fighting on her clients behalf and leaving no stone unturned. Possessing a strong network of resources and contacts, she works hard to ensure that her clients are educated and informed in the process of buying or selling real estate.

About Carrie

With 10 years of experience in the Portland real estate market, Carrie brings some incredible skills and experience to our team – she is fiery, determined and very knowledgeable and has built her business on referrals and repeat clients. Her background as an attorney gives her a unique perspective in our industry.

A long time resident of Portland, Carrie graduated from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark in 1998 and is a member of the Oregon Bar Association. Previous to her real estate work in Portland, she had a brief stint as a Realtor in Boston, mentoring with her sister, one of the top agents in Massachusetts. Carrie returned to Portland in 2000 and began her Portland real estate career. She joined Realty Trust Group in 2004 and has thrived under their brokerage becoming a multi-million dollar producer with a business built on referrals, repeat clients, and dedication. With hundreds of transactions under her belt and nearly $50 million in sales, Carrie’s knowledge of the Portland real estate market is a true asset.
